The Young Women’s Leadership School offers a future-focused, all-girls, college-preparatory experience grounded in leadership, wellness, and STEAM subjects. Instruction is tailored to meet the specific needs of these students and the school culture is designed to build confidence, creativity, and connection. Opening in the 2026-27 school year for grades 6 and 7, the school will grow to serve grades 6-12.
Why TYWLS?
The Young Women’s Leadership School is designed to prepare each student academically, socially, and emotionally for college and life beyond. Through rigorous academics, real-world experiences, and leadership development, every young woman enrolled will be seen, supported, and empowered to thrive with innovative programming.
Research shows that girls in all-girls schools are more likely to speak up in class, take academic risks, and aspire to careers where women are historically underrepresented. The model has a success rate of 100% high school graduation and 100% acceptance into four-year colleges and universities.
At TYWLS Alief, we promise:
- Small class sizes
- Academics that challenge
- Enriching experiences outside of the classroom
- Support that surrounds every young woman
- A college-going culture — with family at the center
